Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about joining English Club for USA, completing your program, and using your account.

01

Getting started

Open the login page, choose Create account, enter your real full name and email address, create a strong password, and confirm it. You must verify your email before using protected account features.
Choose Forgot password on the login page. Enter the email connected to your account and follow the secure reset link sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive.
Email verification protects account access and important notifications. WhatsApp verification confirms that the contact number belongs to you. Students can complete WhatsApp verification from Student Settings.
Email support@englishclubforusa.com. Include your name and account email, but never send your password or verification code.
02

Applications and admission

Create and verify your account, sign in, and complete the Become a Student request. Enter your real name, select your desired program, provide a valid WhatsApp number, and explain your learning goal.
Beginner applications are reviewed by the admissions team. Applicants selecting a higher program may be directed to a placement assessment so ECUSA can recommend an appropriate starting level.
No. The entrance assessment is used for placement. Its purpose is to recommend the level that best matches the applicant’s current English skills.
Your verified name protects the accuracy of report cards and certificates. Enter your name exactly as it appears on the accepted document and follow the specific correction message if a request is not approved.

Programs and levels

  • Beginner: 1A, 1B, and 1C
  • Intermediate: 2A, 2B, and 2C
  • Advanced: 3A, 3B, and 3C
  • Expert: 4A, 4B, and 4C
Each sublevel is a distinct part of the learning pathway.
You may select the program that reflects your goal, but applicants above Beginner may complete a placement assessment. The recommended placement is based on demonstrated skills rather than the selected label alone.
At the end of a session, ECUSA publishes the completed academic result. A student who meets the required outcome is promoted to the next level. Students who do not meet it repeat the current level in a new session.
04

Homework

Each session has three homework assignments. Their completion contributes to the homework component of the session result.
The homework component is worth 10 points: one completed assignment earns 3.33, two earn 6.67, and all three earn 10. The system calculates this component automatically.
Your submission is recorded and may enter review. Objective questions can be graded automatically, while written responses may require an instructor. You receive an email when grading is completed.
Normally, a closed homework cannot be submitted. An authorized administrator may grant temporary access in an approved exceptional situation.
05

Session exams

When an exam session has been created for your level and has a valid price, advance payment may be available before the exam goes live. Payment alone does not open an inactive exam.
The Start button becomes available when the exam is live, the test window is open, your payment or access is valid, and you have an available attempt. Complete the exam before the displayed deadline.
The system may submit the active work automatically when the attempt timer or exam deadline expires. An exam that was never started is not the same as a completed submission.
No. A submission confirmation does not reveal the academic result. Scores, status, and promotion appear only after authorized staff complete grading and publish the report card.
The complete non-refundable session rule, duplicate-payment exceptions, and processing times are explained in the Refund Policy.
06

Results and certificates

Your report card appears after all required components are complete and an authorized exam corrector publishes the result. The publication email does not include your score; sign in to review it securely.
Yes. A student who successfully passes an individual level receives that level’s certificate after the result is officially published and the certificate is available. For example, 1A, 1B, and 1C each have their own certificate. The same applies to Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert sublevels.
Sign in to the student dashboard and open Certificates. Available certificates can be viewed or downloaded from your account.
If you believe an answer, component score, level, or promotion was recorded incorrectly, contact support with the relevant level and result date so the academic team can investigate.
07

Books, payments, and events

After payment is confirmed, open My Books from your student account. A digital book should only need to be purchased once for that account.
Yes. Confirmed admission, exam, and book payments can generate a receipt email whether the eligible payment was confirmed online or recorded manually by authorized staff.
Open the Events area, choose an available event, review its details and ticket options, and follow the registration or payment instructions shown for that event.
How ECUSA handles personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. Purchase corrections and refunds are explained separately in the Refund Policy.
08

Teaching opportunities

Visit Teach With Us, provide your qualifications, teaching experience, availability, and preferred program, then attach a current résumé in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format.
No. The application expresses interest. ECUSA reviews the candidate’s qualifications, experience, program fit, and availability, then contacts suitable candidates about the next step.
